QC court issues warrant of arrest against Trillanes and others over ‘Ang Totoong Narc0list’ videos

The Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court–Branch 138 on Friday issued an arrest warrant against former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and 10 others in connection with a conspiracy to commit sedition case.

The warrants had been issued by Judge Kristine Grace Suarez to all 11 charged over the controversial videos on social media ‘Ang Totoong Narc*list’.

The controversial videos linked the President and his family to the ill3gal dr*g trade.

It can be recalled that Peter Joemel Advincula or also known as alias ‘Bikoy’ said that members of the opposition was behind the controversial video to discredit the Duterte’s administration.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that Vice President Leni Robredo, Senator De Lima, Risa Hontiveros and former senator Bam Aquino had been cleared of charges.

As of this writing, 3 people have posted bail at P10,000 each, and among those who posted bail were priests Flaviano Villanueva and Albert Alejo.

The former senator Trillanes had denied involvement in the controversial videos to discredit the Duterte’s administration.
