READ: Radio host Mark Lopez reveals what is the root cause of the traffic in the country

There is no doubt that the traffic in Metro Manila is getting worse every day. With that, Facebook Blogger and Radio host Mark Lopez narrated some of the root cause of the Traffic in the country.

Lopez started his lengthy facebook post by “Cr1sis Management” and said “If we want to be rational about it rather than hysterical and OA like leftist trolls, misguided millennials, and hypocritical elitists, let’s dissect this ‘trænsportation cr1sis’ narrative.”

“It is said that commuters are being subjected to long, weary, inconvenient, arduous travel on a daily basis. Whether commuters or motorists, the daily grind of mobility is hampered and considered too time consuming, which results to wasted opportunities and poor quality of life.” he added.

CR1SIS MANAGEMENT

If we want to be rational about it rather than hysterical and OA like leftist trolls, misguided millennials, and hypocritical elitists, let’s dissect this ‘trænsportation cr1sis’ narrative.

So what’s the problem?

It is said that commuters are being subjected to long, weary, inconvenient, arduous travel on a daily basis. Whether commuters or motorists, the daily grind of mobility is hampered and considered too time consuming, which results to wasted opportunities and poor quality of life.

Mabigat ang socio-economic impact nito.

What is root cause of the problem?

Eto yan:

A. LACK OF ROADS – there are far too many vehicles in so little road network, especially in the Metro.

Ano solution? Improve infra like Skyways and Radial Roads. Ginagawa na yan di ba? Pero hindi naman magic yan you can finish in 3 years. Eh ang dami pa jan hadlang like right-of-way at kung ano ano pang kaputahan.

B. OBSTRUCTIONS – Basketball courts, baranggay Halls, Street Vendors, Tricycles, Pedicabs, Subdivision gates, Ill3gal and makeshift parking, Junk, and inefficient local governance.

Di ba lumalala ng lumala yan over the years because we all allowed a CULTURE OF IMPUNITY to prevail.

C. INEFFICIENT MASS TRæNSPORT SYSTEM – may LRT 1 and 2 and may MRT. Pero ano ang pace ng developments nila? Kelan sila natayo? Di ba binalasubas, pinabayaan, at ginawang gatasan? Kaya ayun, nagka leche leche.

Dapat ma fully utilize na ang Batangas Port para dun na halos lahat rather than here in North and South Harbor. Pati Ferry Service from Manila and Pasay papunta Cavite and papunta Bataan and Subic eh ayusin din.

In fact, it will become worse even before it gets better.

At lahat tayo naging part of the problem, whether we admit or not.

But we can also be part of the solution.
