Robin Padilla challenge the critics who were accusing Ipe, Cesar for tagging along in the Russia trip of President Duterte

Recently, the actor, Robin Padilla took his Facebook account to defend his friend from the accusation that the Opposition was throwing to them for joining the recent trip of President Rodrigo Duterte in Russia.

Padilla who seems just woke up from his sleep on the Facebook Live video of him which was posted by News5 yesterday, October 7, 2019, said that he wanted to defend his friend from the judgments and criticism of the Opposition camp even though it was still early in the morning.

Some netizens were asking why Kuya Ipe (Philip Salvador), Cesar Montano, and Moymoy Palaboy went to Russia. On the other hand, Padilla denied the accusation, telling that his friends in the showbiz industry were just a freeloader.

(We bought our plane tickets. Our hotels were paid from our own pockets.)

“Muka ba kaming walang pera? (Do we look like we have no money? You are something. We have money. And that money is a gift from our supporters. When we go abroad together with our beloved President, Senator Bong Go and the Cabinet officials, we don’t go with them when they ear, or where ever. No way.)”

Padilla added,

“Sarili namin. (It’s our own money. No, we never accepted money from politicians or received favors. We have our own money. Kuya Ipe has money. Cesar has money. Moymoy Palaboy is a good entertainer, and he never accepted any money. We went there, accompanied the President, not because of any official business but for the Filipino. Remember that. For the Filipinos abroad. The Filipinos in Japan, in Russia and we go where ever they are. We entertain them for free).”

Padilla also said that they were using their own money to serve the Filipinos, the real modern Filipino heroes which are the OFWs.

Padilla even asked the critics if they ever pay taxes or if they can begin to show who pays more taxes among them before telling something about them?

Padilla also challenged the critics to show in the public how much money is left in their bank accounts and how much money they are paying on the taxes.

The actor stated that there are some politicians who are hiding some gold bars in their houses which means that politicians already have a lot of money which is just hidden.

He also asked if it is wrong to idolize President Duterte, to show appreciation and respect to the President which is the reason why they are motivated to serve the Filipino who is working hard in abroad.
